The shower head is 10″ and disperses water from above your head to cover your body, while the hand held allows you to control the direction of the water. The shower head features a ball joint allowing you to pivot the head and give the water slightly more direction, where as the hand held swings back and forward in its holder or you can pull it out of the holder for total control. The 5FT (1.5m) hose allows you to move the hand held quite far from its holder while you control which direction the water is flowing.
