We bought almost everything for our bathroom renovation here (mixer taps, diverter, vanity, basin, toilet, towel rails and various accessories) as well as a few things for our kitchen and laundry renos (mixers, sinks). The staff - Adam in particular - were extremely helpful. When we arrived with our own vehicle to pick up the items, Adam spent a lot of time and effort helping us pack it carefully. We had two minor issues with parts, only noticeable after installation, which were both problems from the wholesalers rather than BuildersExpress. Adam solved both the problems by sourcing better components.

I had amazing customer service with Adam! I could not recommend him highly enough! He was there from the start when I placed my order and when I had trouble with the shipping company he followed through to the end to try resolve the issue. I didn’t have to call and hound him he rang me back constantly with updates and is an absolute credit to he’s company! The first time I walked thr the doors was 1yr ago to buy a vanity basin and taps couldn’t believe how high the customer service was they were only to happy to help you out, the products was the latest styles and at a good price . I was a happy customer especially when your saving money in this day and age. I visited Builders Express in Prospect recently and I was very impressed by their range of products and services. They have everything you need to create your dream bathroom, from bathtubs and showers to tiles and accessories. Melih is very friendly and helpful, and he gave my wife and I great advice on how to choose the best options for my budget and style. Melih was very patient with us and went above and beyond to help us whilst we visited the showroom multiple times. The showroom itself is spacious and well-organised. I highly recommend Builders Express in Prospect.

I purchased all my bathroom equipment including the toilet, the shaving cabinet, The vanity and all the Tapware and accessories . Vinny price matched items for me that were the same brand so that I could get them all from the one place and throughout dealing with his team including Harley who answered many of my questions and phone calls , I felt very assured on the quality and price . I probably emailed and called 10 times needed measurements of items before the items had arrived. Although there was one tap that was faulty , there was no hassles in replacing the tap with another one. Our bathroom renovator chipped the vanity door and scratched the draw and Builders Express were happy to call the manufacturer to find out about the cost of replacement door. The joint is a good alternative for major hardware stores. Vinny is just amazing, give u enough info to make good choices. Prices are very reasonable and they also provide contacts for work to be done.
